Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the prohibited activities and acceptable behaviors when accessing or using the web application, APIs, data integrations, and the official Chrome Extension provided by FantasyPilot LLC (the "Service"). This policy is designed to protect our infrastructure, our users, and our artificial intelligence models from abuse, exploitation, and degradation.

By accessing the Service, you agree to comply strictly with this AUP. Any violation may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and possible referral to civil or law enforcement authorities.

1. Adversarial AI & Model Abuse Prohibitions

Our analytical insights and Co-Commish features are driven by advanced large language models (specifically Google Gemini). To preserve the stability, alignment, and security of these systems, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following adversarial activities:

• Prompt Injection & Jailbreaking: You shall not input, transmit, or orchestrate any prompts, strings, payloads, or instructions designed to bypass the safety alignment filters, system instructions, or guardrails of our LLM endpoints. Attempting to force the model to behave in unintended, harmful, or unrestricted ways is a severe violation.
• Model Weights & Reverse Engineering: You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, de-bias, extract, or reconstruct the model configurations, prompt templates, system instructions, weights, or underlying source code of our AI orchestration layers.
• Model Scraping & Extraction: You shall not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract or harvest pricing models, rookie valuation curves, trade evaluation formulas, or bulk statistical rankings generated by our AI engines for the purpose of training competing models or populating secondary databases.

2. Model Poisoning & Data Pollution Protections

The integrity of our machine learning models relies on clean, structured historical fantasy data.

• Data Pollution: You are strictly prohibited from feeding coordinates, corrupted profiles, poisoned data files, or fabricated transaction records into our league upload tools or APIs.
• Coordinated Manipulation: You shall not engage in coordinated user inputs, coordinated feedback loops, or synthetic transaction generation designed to intentionally bias, degrade, manipulate, or distort our player valuation algorithms, dynasty trade calculators, or scoring calibrations.

3. General Prohibited Conduct & Scraper Protections

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the network security, private subnets, or database servers of FantasyPilot LLC.
• Circumvent secure AWS Systems Manager (SSM) tunnels or access database schemas through unauthorized methods.
• Generate or distribute unsolicited synthetic messages, promotional spam, or deepfaked content utilizing platform APIs.
• Scrape, harvest, or pull data from Sleeper.com or LeagueSafe.com using our official Chrome Extension in any manner not authorized by those third-party platforms.

4. Unregulated Gambling & Sports Betting Disclaimer

FantasyPilot is strictly an administrative, analytical, and educational tool designed to help players organize and coordinate fantasy sports leagues, track transaction histories, and visualize entry-fee bookkeeping.

• Not a Gambling Platform: FantasyPilot is not a gambling or sports betting website. We do not host, broker, facilitate, or process sports wagers, real-money betting slips, or online casino games.
• Administrative Bookkeeping Only: Any financial synchronization features connecting with LeagueSafe.com are processed strictly as ledger visualization and administrative bookkeeping. We do not handle, store, or hold cash entries, prize allocations, or payouts.
• Compliance with Local Laws: You are fully responsible for ensuring that your private fantasy sports leagues comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing fantasy sports, prize structures, and entry fees.

5. Policy Enforcement & Account Termination

We reserve the absolute right, but assume no obligation, to monitor user activity, database sync payloads, and inputs submitted to our AI endpoints to enforce compliance with this AUP.

• Suspension & Termination: If we detect or reasonably suspect any violation, we may instantly revoke your Sleeper OAuth tokens, block your Clerk authentication profile, and permanently delete your database records without prior notice.
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to initiate civil or injunctive proceedings, or report malicious cyber-attacks (such as severe prompt injections or model reverse-engineering) to appropriate security and law enforcement agencies.
